Youth Center of Epirus is a non-profit organisation located in Ioannina, Epirus region of Greece and created in 2015 as a following result of an informal youth group Youth Center of Epirus, operating since 2011.

Main aims of Youth Center of Epirus are to improve environment, promote coexistence and to develop the region of Epirus. Therefore, we organize and implement local, regional and international level events/ projects, regarding to non-formal education on various topics like environment, volunteerism, refugee policies, health and wellbeing, EU awareness, cultural awareness and social inclusion. We have hosted around 15 international projects for young people in Epirus; we have sent many local young people for educational projects, seminars, research projects and educational trainings to various places in Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Romania, Turkey, Vietnam, Egypt, France, Hungary, Cyprus, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia and more..

Our volunteers and youth workers work in disabled youth care center and offer leisure& recreational activities to disadvantaged youth, we offer foreign language courses to the local youth and children, we have a web channel for the local youth, we do several environmental activities, such being regional coordinator for Let’s Do It! clean-ups in Epirus; our volunteers work at one refugee center to ensure safe and better stay of the refugees by providing recreational activities to kids, youth and young parents, we plan and implement various local events depending of the needs of the local community at a time and since 2015, we also host several international volunteers.
